This wedding goes down as one of the most memorable weddings I’ve shot. Anything that could go wrong did… snowstorm, and subsequent vendors cancelling… dj, driver, florist providing the wrong flowers… the list goes on. But the reason it was memorable for me was not because of the follies… it’s because of the way these two amazing people supported one another through it all. Truly inspirational to witness. I cannot even describe my slack-jawed awe as, after the florist finally delivered the correct flowers, Randy removed the (wrong) flower from Karen’s hair and deftly pinned in the beautiful correct flower (stylist had already left). Gold stars all-round. Karen easily trusted that he would be able to tackle this task and he didn’t even hesitate… this is truly that making of an incredible relationship. They were both so calm and happy that it was a perfect day anyway…
Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this magic. I’m still smiling…
